Where does my camera data go?

Nowhere you don't control. SCS connects to your existing server on-site. Your camera feeds and recordings stay on your hardware, on your property. Alert snapshots and video snippets are stored on your dedicated, secure cloud server. They're yours, accessible through your dashboard, and you control who has access. Your data is encrypted-at-rest.

Does this open my cameras to hackers?

SCS connects to your NVR using authenticated, encrypted access — just like your existing camera viewing apps. Your dashboard and all alert data are delivered through fully-encrypted infrastructure. No inbound connections from the internet reach your camera system directly. During setup, we configure secure access to your NVR so your cameras are protected.

Why We Built This

My background is 26 years as a research scientist in submarine acoustics for the U.S. Navy. I spent my career building and analyzing sensor systems on one of our nation's most critical platforms. We applied that same engineering rigor to security monitoring.
